Governance
The foundation is a foundation without members. The board consists of three jointly authorised members. Members are appointed and dismissed by the board itself, in accordance with articles 10 and 11 of the statutes. The chair and the secretary look after the management of assets and the administration. The treasurer puts the financial accountability and the activity report to the board for approval each year.
The Council of the Chamber
The Council of the Ukrainian Legal Chamber consists of five participants elected by all participants for a term of two years. They are eligible for re-election without limit. The Council decides on the admission of participants and on the termination of participation, and advises the chair of the Chamber. The Council and the chair are organs of the Chamber, not of the foundation.

Conflicts of interest and independence
Participants work carefully and independently, in accordance with the professional and conduct rules that apply to them. A participant reports a potential conflict of interest to the chair and withdraws from the matter concerned. Board members do not take part in the substantive assessment of an application in which they have a personal or commercial interest.
