Accessibility statement
Stichting Gelukkige Jeugd aims for a website that is accessible to everyone, including people with a disability.
Status
This website is built in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. Because a full audit by an independent party has not yet been completed, the status is “under development”.
What we do
We work with semantic HTML, ensure sufficient colour contrast, make all functions reachable by keyboard, provide a skip link and a visible focus indicator, and ensure the site remains readable at 200% zoom and on small screens. Images that carry meaning receive a text alternative.
Known limitations
Some older documents (the scans of bank statements from 2023–2025) are images without searchable text. These will be replaced by searchable versions in the future.
