Controller

Stichting Gelukkige Jeugd, Kerklaan 54, 2121 VE Bennebroek. The foundation is the controller for the personal data processed by the Ukrainian Legal Chamber.

Which data we process

When you send us a message we process your name, email address, phone number (if given) and the content of your message. When you take part in activities or projects we also process the data necessary to organise your participation. We do not collect special categories of personal data.

Why we use your data

We use your data solely to answer your message, to handle your application or participation, and — if you sign up for the newsletter — to keep you informed. We do not sell data and do not share it with parties outside the foundation without your consent or a legal basis.

Legal basis

Processing takes place on the basis of your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the performance of an agreement or steps towards it (article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and compliance with a legal obligation (article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention periods

We keep messages and correspondence for a maximum of two years after the last contact. We keep accounting records for seven years in accordance with the fiscal retention obligation. We keep data in the Chamber’s register for as long as it is relevant to the Chamber’s activities.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us for this; we respond within four weeks.
